This was the launching pad of an international career in magazines working at prestige titles like UK and US Elle, Mademoiselle, UK and US marie claire. In 1995, inaugural editor of Australian marie claire.As a strong campaigner for women’s rights I have been committed to making a difference to the lives of Australian women, most evident through marie claire’s award-winning campaigns for social change, such as our push for paid maternity leave, marriage equality and stamping out violence against children. These campaigns received extensive TV and press coverage, and even official government acknowledgment of the role marie claire played in the introduction of paid maternity leave to Australia. Best known for being the Editor of marie claire, I wear a number of other hats; business woman, innovator, TV personality, journalist, author, social media enthusiast and most importantly mother. I appear regularly on the Seven Network’s Sunrise (Australia’s number one breakfast show). I have taken my “Frankly Speaking” interviews to Seven’s Sunday Night show. Featured in the 2011 behind-the-scenes show marie claire Under the Cover, and as a judge on Make Me a Supermodel in 2008.
