I have spent the last 18 years in the industry and have experience in Leasing, both office and retail; Multi family sales with my largest single transaction being $27.2M; Office, Retail, Land sales and investment acquisitions.

The wedge was a Sports Pub serving Wings, award winning Pizza, Burgers, home made Pot Roast sandwiches, Crab cakes and salads with annual sales of $900,000.00 +/yr. As the GM I was responsible for all the day to day operations from personnel, payroll, daily accounting and deposits, inventorying/ordering and scheduling. After four years my partner wanted go a different direction with the business, so I sold out to him.

Package car driver for 10 years, I was an active member of the KORE (Keep Our Reputation for Excellence) group, along with being a member of our safety committee for the entire building. I also had an eight year safe driving record.

I started part time in college cutting chocolate in the commissary, sold cookie ice cream sandwiches from a wooden cart in downtown Columbus, to sales in the stores, store manager, District manager and finally Director of store operations, responsible for 14 stores in 7 states when I left the firm.
