Engineering, business planning, project management, execution and continuous improvement of upstream operations (Drilling & Production) for horizontal oil and gas wells, optimizing operational efficiencies while finding strategic ways to reduce costs in order to stay within budget as well as the increasing of production for higher returns on investment.-Responsible for the planning, advancement and execution of engineering operations for extended horizontal oil & gas wells which included; well design, testing, BHA design, Directional drilling, Torque & Drag Analysis, Casing Design, Cementing, Drilling Fluids, drill bit selection, downhole tools, wellheads, Completions, AFE budgeting and forecasting, MOCs and post-well reviews.-Coordinated the engineering and performance of different O&G Production lift systems: ESP, Rod Pumps & Jet Pumps in order to drive the most efficient production growth while increasing reserves levels. -Managed the engineering, performance and scheduling of workovers, recompletions, sidetracks, artificial lift, optimization, intervention, surveillance, well integrity and P&As on existing wells as well as budgeting and economical evaluations.-Developed strategic contract partnerships with major suppliers like Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, Halliburton, Weatherford, etc. to enhance service delivery by developing and implementing advanced technologies to overcome operational challenges, reducing tool failures, non-productive time while leveraging contract negotiations to lower Capital and operational expenditures.-Conducted Supply chain and procurement for drilling and production operations and services, as well as contract negotiations, cost structures, monthly approval for expenditures (AFEs), review of Capex and Opex expenditures, economical evaluations, while recommending modifications and/or investments to upgrade systems to optimize cost-effectiveness.

Engineering focal point in optimization of motor drilling applications. Maximized opportunities to combine NOV motor technology with other NOV drilling tools including agitators, V-stab, roller reamers, and drill bits to achieve optimal performance and increase reliability during the drilling process. Collaborated closely with personnel across the organization to identify and reach out to global targets in promotion of performance improvements including extended reach drilling, straight-hole performance drilling, short radius, high-speed, and HPHT applications.

Full Engineering support to assigned operation teams to optimize drilling procedures and practices, coordinating the selection, development and implementation of technologies and downhole tools for exploratory and development of oil and gas wells in unconventional shale plays that improved efficiency and reduced costs of drilling wells.- Administered engineering operations within the district with an operational budget of $3.5 million and annual revenue of $9.5 million.- Managed field testing applications and performance analysis procedures. - Managed drilling databases documenting drilling progress to inform drilling management and business unit personnel
