Creates and executes test plans.Maintains accurate documentation for MRI processing workflows.

Leverages skills in problem solving, python, attention to detail, neuroanatomy, and MRI imaging expertise to maintain and improve a robust MRI processing stream that can reliably deliver next-generation quantitative MRI reports to MS neurologists.Responsibilities include:Product and Project Management for developing MS Lesion detection and editing toolsConsidering product requirements and defining data fields, features for flywheel gears, workflow features, etc.Receiving and importing MRI image data into the Octave databasePerforming QC of MRI brain image data to ensure adherence with imaging parameters and image qualityExtracting and recording relevant information from clinical records and image dataOrganizing and maintaining databases, trackers and filing systemsGenerating and reporting image and output data anomaliesCreating functional and usability test plans; logging defects and reporting results. Identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting bugs in MRI processing workflow.Works with Data Engineering and Product teams to plan and scope projects, assess priorities, and identify and assign tasks.Builds new features for tracking of patients and subjects in Octave's MRI processing pipeline.Builds out user and MRI scan acceptance criteriaMaintain and continuously improve the quality of the test coverage and processesWork closely with sites, developers and managers to understand user scenarios, requirements, and typical usage workflows, technical issues, impact, and risk areas.Establish and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all work, including the development of standard operating proceduresAssists with the operational management of studies as needed- including research and clinical processingSupport and manage data processing for peer-reviewed scientific publications
