• Carry out repair works, installations and daily preventive maintenance on high voltage York, Carrier and Trane chiller plants (from 75ton to 300ton capacities), Air Handling Units (AHU), Variable Air Volume (VAV), Fan coil unit, ducted –type, and Package units (from 8 to 20horsepower ), split and window units (from 1.5 to 5horsepower) all on the following brands names and models;Brands: - Daikin, Trane, Petra, York, Media, LG, Mitsubishi, Carrier, General Electric, Samsung, White- Westinghouse, Hitachi, CRAC unit,

• Site surveying, air conditioning heat- load calculation to get the required capacity needed for a building, site schematics drawing interpretation/AutoCAD. • Attend project, site progress and any mechanical services related technical meetings as directed by the project manager. • Responsible in monitoring the work of lower/ upper level HVAC mechanics by providing instruction and training on installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, serving as information resource and reviewing completed projects.• Diagnoses malfunctions of heating/air conditioning/refrigeration systems and/or components for the purpose of identifying repair/replacement needs necessary to maintain equipment and systems.

Carrying out piping, installations works of Daikin VRV multi-split HVACs 3phase (8 to 56 horse power outdoor units, single or at times combined in series) and a1phase indoor system on a high erected buildings from ground to 7 floors or less with the following combination of indoor models and capacities: Cassette, Ceiling and Ducted type, floor mounted type and high walls system. Capacities: 1.0hp, 2.0hp, 2.5hp, 3.0hp, 3.5hp and 4hp. • Directs other maintenance workers as may be required for the purpose of ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner.• Responsible for carrying out HVACs wiring and piping circuit lay out at each assigned building constructional sites, tall and down ones, buildings meant to be rent for financial institutions (Banks), offices with 50 and above of occupants and Real Estate apartments for families. • Does Oxygen and Acetylene brazing works on these types of copper pipes diameters which are mostly used: 6.3mm, 9.5mm, 12.7mm, 15.87mm, 19.0mm, 22.2mm, 25.4mm, 38mm, 28.57mm, etc. together with the refrigerant elbows and Y-branch pipes respectively for an even distribution of refrigerant into all connected indoors units. With Nitrogen gas opened at a minimum (desirable) pressure into the lines while brazing to prevent carbon formation on the inner surface of the pipes.
