I shared a weekly devotional to the Spanish Baseball players and coaches of the Trenton Thunder and the opposing team. I would also provide Christian encouragement to those who would sought encouragement.

Supervised juveniles that were adjudicated to the New Jersey Training School for Boys, and then released to their local communities.Identified vocational, economic, and psychological needs of the juvenile. Work closely with Law Enforcement Agencies, DYFS, DOC, schools, GED Programs, drug rehabilitation programs, vocational and mental health facilities, the participant’s families and community-based organizations. and recruit volunteers to become mentors for the juvenile participants

Supervised Adult and Juvenile Probationers mostly from Bergen County. The Probationers reported on a weekly basis and I visited them at home, at school, the job and/or their communities. I built relationships with the local school officials in Hackensack Middle School and High School. I also built relationships with the Juvenile Police Officers of Hackensack Police Department and Englewood Police Department. Overall, my philosophy was to make contact with local agencies in order to help the juveniles in the whole community.

Organized monthly activities for homeless juveniles from Essex County NJ. I was also responsible for their vans, daily menus and equipment in the shelter.
