• Performs spare parts inventory management and auditing on a regular basis; publishes weekly spare part cycle count results to the facilities management team.
• Provides software trainings to end users and new CMMS Administrators; serves as liaison for problem solving and escalation. Be able to coach and educate staff on the EAM functions and best practices for performing tasks
• Works with corporate EAM Business Analyst to roll out standard object coding scheme, Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures and scheduling; and EAM reports.
• Interface with procurement regarding blanket PO’s for facility services.
• Manages work orders in the system, ensure proper creation, planning, update and closure of work orders. Performs regular data analysis on parts/assets and recommend software enhancements and process changes.
• Participates in EAM software implementation projects at regional level.

United States

• Monitor, track, and move parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to next production location
• Coordinating physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources or any applicable work center within SpaceX
• Ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within SpaceX specifications
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery as required
• Work with the planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure our MRP/ERP data is and remains clean and accurate
• Assist with resolution of incorrect system data which is driving inappropriate demand, schedules, or could result in general failure
