Global Director Insights And Partnerships
CurrentI serve as the Global Network Director, Agenda 2030 and COVID 19 lead at Social Progress Imperative where I facilitate collaboration with regional teams and local networks that translate Social Progress Index data into policy-oriented actions across the world. I call this part of my work from data to Action. My work is closely related to our global expansion to scale the adoption of the Social Progress Index to equip government, business, and civic leaders with actionable insight on things that most matter to their community, prioritizing G20 and other strategically significant countries. I have been able to built a robust network of partners in more than 45 countries across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and the Asia Pacific that is empowering millions of people with the first-ever understanding of the true state of their society and the tools to drive change. This includes the design and implementation of the strategy to position the Social Progress Index as a key resource in operationalizing and localizing the Sustainable Development Goals, developing relationships and projects with the World Bank, the T20, The Global Partnership of Sustainable Development Data, the UN system, and others.I believe that learning is a lot more than a title, is an attitute.I hold a BA in Education from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, a Master in Business Administration, and a Master in Project Management, both from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología and a Master of Education and International Development from University College London (UCL).I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Institute of Global Prosperity, University College London (UCL) in Prosperity Metrics.
