o Setup of funds on accounting software, liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries as part of the set up process;o Overseeing the preparation and collation of KYC and Client Due Diligence files;o Responsible for the day-to-day operations of numerous debt structures;o Following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers; o Handling the fund accounts and preparation of periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund entities;o Preparing the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, management of the audit, and reviewing other fund related reports;o Coordinate and arranging investor servicing, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements;o Organising and participating in board meetings and shareholders' meetings; o Reviewing tax returns and tax balances and maintaining relevant contacts with the tax authorities;

o Reconcile and review trades, positions and cash in line with client service level agreement. Core Responsibilities:• Wholesale Financingo Responsible for the set up and monitoring of a range of automotive financing to the Ford Dealer Body including Wholesale Financing, Showroom Financing and Working Capital Loans.o Prepare and process daily cheque request to Ford Ireland. o Manage Demonstrator Financing for Dealers and ensure the vehicles are registered with HPI.• Project Managemento Responsible for the implementation of Invoice Management System on Dealer Portal. Dealers can now access invoices and month end statements online. Tasks included UAT testing, dealer training and live support for system.o Member of European Wholesale Operating Committee. Provide feedback and analysis to Senior Management of UAT testing for projects to be deployed throughout Europe.• Vehicle Audits:o Responsible for the scheduling and review of dealer audits. Work closely with the Risk Department to ensure the correct audit frequency is being used for every dealer.o Send vehicle audits to OCS. Once audits are completed review data and escalate if applicable.o Ensure audit violations are reported to the Risk Department and necessary action is taken.Key Achievement: Played a key role in successful launch of the new SEPA system. Responsible for testing the SEPA system and identified key errors which were resolved prior to launch. Briefed Senior European Management on a weekly basis and the system was launched successfully in December 2013.
