I am specialised in arbitration and litigation, acting for Danish and international companies in Denmark and abroad, including in general trade and distribution, product liability, agency, telecom, post-M&A, commercial and financial disputes. My arbitration experience includes ICC, SCC, Voldgiftsinstituttet (DIA), as counsel, (sole) arbitrator and tribunal secretary.I combine a strong academic background with commercial understanding and international insight. I have conducted research within the areas of arbitration law, construction of contracts and comparative law at the University of Copenhagen, and through studies in Singapore, China, USA and Canada, I have obtained a unique international interface across legal and cultural boundaries. In addition to being admitted to the Danish Bar, I am licensed to practice law in the State of New York.Moreover, I have extensive experience as a speaker and lecturer, including under the auspices of the Swedish Arbitration Days, YAC International Arbitration Seminar, Aarhus Advokatforening, Karnov Talks, the Danish Association of Arbitration, and Gorrissen Federspiel Corporate Academy.I am the author and co-author of a number of articles in Danish and international journals within arbitration law and other specialist fields. Further, I have authored the leading publication on the interpretation of commercial arbitration agreement in Denmark. Lastly, I am associated as an arbitrator at Disputs.com.
