Manager -- Enterprise Services Delivery
CurrentLead the people and processes directly responsible for the execution of customer facing projects related to the implementation and ongoing use of the Applied Systems portfolio of products. Work closely with the VP of Enterprise Services and Services Operations in developing and/or managing a sustainable, profitable resourcing model for the Enterprise Services organization while driving accurate revenue forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with a focus on effectively optimizing capacity and margin.● Lead and/or develop the tools and templates used for project management, resource management and overall services delivery.● Manage a team of professional services employees, client projects and/or programs as assigned whilst participating in account management and/or account governance activities as required. ● Participate as a member of the Enterprise Services management team sponsoring and/or executing defined initiatives.● Collaborate with others across the Customer Experience organization and beyond to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention, including Product Management and Development.● Develop and/or adhere to consistent processes, methodologies, tools and deliverables across all aspects of Services, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
