Hi, I'm Frank — a business-minded brand strategist and marketing leader. I'm most known for building narratives that create marketing focus, increase perceived value, and alignment among internal teams. I have a diverse marketing background in strategic planning, growth marketing, positioning, go-to-market implementation, digital marketing, creative direction, content development, and sales. Having worked in both in-house and agency environments, my experience ranges from early-stage to enterprise. I believe storytelling, innovative thinking, and strategic and tactical planning can solve business problems and create new value. I also think we can create profitable business growth while building brands that facilitate human interaction, inspire exploration, and help people form deep, meaningful relationships. You'll find I'm an ambitious, entrepreneurial, collaborative, people-focused, high-performing leader who continuously seeks knowledge and new opportunities to deliver indisputable growth for brands.But that's more or less just "what I do for work." Yet, we are more than that, right? So who am I outside of the titles on my resume? Well, I'm still trying to figure that out. But here's what I can tell you for now. Some might call me a Renaissance man — certainly not because I'm an expert at everything — but insatiably curious and deeply invested in far too many things. Most leave me sucking wind, longing for a nap, and the brutal reminder I'm not a world-class athlete: lifting, running, hiking, biking, snowboarding, bow hunting, climbing, and trying new things that will eventually find their way on this list. But also, to fulfill a need to feel fanciful and intellectual, I find myself reading, writing, drawing, obsessing over specialty coffee (#CortadoClock), curating playlists, cooking, watching documentaries on subjects I know very little about, and exploring the laws of nature and the great mystery of God.Above all, what I cherish most is spending time with my wife and son, and cultivating meaningful relationships with family and friends.
