Mr. Rodman created an innovative global security and investigations department at this multi-billion dollar private investment firm. He built forward-looking programs to asses and manage potential and actual threats to the company’s founders, their employees and their operations around the world. He assessed complex global risks and coordinated due diligence efforts in connection with the firm’s venture-type investments.

As a senior security consultant for Dell, Mr. Rodman developed and personally executed executive protection plans for the company’s founder and Chairman, and for members of the senior management team.

While a Special Agent with the Diplomatic Security Service, Mr. Rodman supervised protective security operations for U.S. diplomats, resident foreign officials and visiting dignitaries. He was the U.S. State Department's representative to the FBI-NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force during the investigation of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. As a Foreign Service Regional Security Officer in Tokyo, Mr. Rodman managed all aspects of security at the U.S. Embassy and at the five U.S. Consulates throughout Japan. He coordinated investigative assistance provided by the U.S. Government in the wake of the poison gas attack on the Tokyo subway system and the terrorist bombing of Philippine Airlines.
