Served as State SJA for 2200+ member MOANG and oversaw legal issues statewide. Advised senior leadership including The Adjutant General and Assistant Adjutant General - Air. Reviewed actions proposed by two wings and other MOANG units. Drafted and reviewed statewide policies. Deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) as legal advisor to Missouri Agri-Business Development Team VI and Provincial Reconstruction Team Nangarhar. Previously served for seven years as wing-level SJA and helped guide unit through transition from fighter wing to bomb wing. Handled and advised on multiple operational, personnel, and other sensitive issues. Served as hearing officer in multiple administrative cases.

Responsible for ensuring adherence to law, rule, regulation, and policy. Working knowledge of regulatory environment and the wide array of Federal and State lending requirements and how they apply in community bank operations. The Bank of Missouri is an independent community bank with locations throughout Southeast Missouri, Southwest Missouri, and Mid-Missouri. Litigation attorney - child support enforcement and worker's compensation. As Southeast Region Office Manager, oversaw administrative functions of office with two divisions. Spent almost 10 years defending worker's compensation cases for state of Missouri and the Second Injury Fund. Was Labor Division supervisory attorney for five personnel and a division caseload of over 3000 cases. Handled cases from discovery through appeal and conducted in excess of 1,000 claimant, witness, and expert depositions. As a child support enforcement attorney, handled cases in multiple counties throughout Southeast Missouri.
