I have worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years. The collection of experiences reaches from retail and wholesale banking with direct client connection up to the Financial Markets area with Treasury and bank-steering focus for a group. This broad approach - also leading an entity in the separate parts - helped me a lot in understanding how a bank should be steered in different situations and the specific parts of it itself.I like the experience of learning. New topics or areas are a welcome challenge. But what I really love in my job is the collaboration with people and leadership. It's exciting to create a working environment that keeps the self-motivation of people alive or reactivates if somehow lost.
