During the pandemic, went from zero online instruction to a full semester’s worth of programs in several months. Implemented a student information system (SIS) that provides centralized storage of all student data.• Finances — Installed solar panels that will save $1.5 million over 20 years. I gave up half of my own salary for a year. Despite their sacrifices, only a handful of employees left.• Student evaluations — Even during a pandemic that severely limited their opportunities, over 86% of Fall 2022 students rated their overall experience as “excellent” or “good.”
