Determined program requirements for an organization consisting of 6 Project Managers and 750 employees in the completion of 18 projects. I reviewed designs & blueprints, monitored spending, communicated strategic initiatives, and conducted QC inspections. I completed budgetary planning, price analysis, and fiscal audits to monitor scope which ensured all projects in the portfolio came in under budget. Developed FY20 training management plan budgeted at $9M; efforts created predictability for Director and Department Heads and resulted in the professional certification of 750 personnel.

Led and managed planning, resourcing, budgeting, and execution for a construction company consisting of 4 direct reports and 41 electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and heavy equipment operators with 13 construction vehicles. Completed all phases of 7 construction projects while overseeing vendor contracts and monitoring costs. Each project was completed on–time with zero safety incidents and saved the Department of Defense $1.7M in cost.
