This new venture started with the takeover of 60 technical professionals from the former LG Philips Displays Netherlands organization. With this move BrainCenter positioned itself in an international environment, not only developing high-tech equipment and machinery for customers like ASML, Philips, Zeiss, Bosch, Oce Technologies, DAF Trucks and TNO in the Eindhoven area, but also for OEM's in the Far East, South America and Eastern Europe.Mid 2006 Basic merged with BrainCenter, meaning an organisation of 120+ engineers existed.
