Hand picked to support 25th Marines Regiment in their unit’s redeployment from Tirina, Albania back to Continental United States (CONUS). Assisted with the coordination, planning and supervision of Combat Service Support Detachment for Rolling Thunder 2-01 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina; CAX 4-02 at MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, California; and the deployment of over 85 percent of the 4th LSB units to Southwest Asia in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. 4th LSB was the only units within 4th FSSG that mobilized and deployed with least amount of issues.

Forecasted, conceptualized, advised, directed and improvised the reconstitution, regeneration and redeployment of over 9,802,547 pieces of combat equipment's retrograde process onto 11 maritime prepositioned ships and over 5,000 personnel's redeployment via array of aircrafts back to the USA. All equipment and personnel were dispersed throughout a vast region, operated successfully with critical shortage of personnel and equipment while frequently competing limited space, time, and assets with other agencies in an uncertain hostile environment. Results: Accomplished the entire mission three months ahead of schedule, and received a personal commendation award.•Developed and executed proper staffing of an operations center and its eventual drawn down and relocations. This was accomplished while maintaining high level of responsiveness and operational control over a 2,500-personnel organization that were responsible for backload of 11 maritime prepositioned ships in an austere and hostile environment within a six months period.•Instrumental in development, planning, and execution of a seamless transition from the Marine Logistics Command to the Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force-Maritime Preposition Force without stopping logistical support to I Marine Expeditionary Force. Realigned personnel, equipment, and facilities in orderly drawdown fashion, and moved to smaller operating campsite as the 30 plus acres of LSA Fox are returned to pristine desert condition in Kuwait.•Influential in planning and execution of the backload operations of 11 maritime prepositioned ships in wartime by reconfiguring one MPF squadron ready for combat, second MPF squadron with degraded combat readiness, and third MPF squadron with major overhaul equipment for Blount Island depot-level repairs. This event never tried before, as this is a first for all MPF ships offloaded and backload equipment for combat.

•Assisted with planning, and coordinating relocation of 6th Marines Regiment from Camp Geiger to Camp Lejeune. The movements encompassed over 2,200 billeting spaces, unit and office equipment and supplies, transferred of services, and cleaned up the vacated Camp Geiger area while concurrently planned and coordinated for deployment to Saudi Arabia for Operation Desert Shield. During same period, instrumental in seamless retrograded 6th Marine’s equipment sent to Southern California earlier for Combined Arms Exercise back to Camp Lejeune, re-inspected, and repackaged the equipment for deployment to Saudi Arabia one month later.•During Desert Shield, planned, coordinated, moved over 6,000 Marines and 80,000 pieces of equipment from the United States to Saudi Arabia utilizing over 65 military and 26 civilian aircrafts and 3 general cargo ships within 45 days.•Once the 6th Regimental Landing Team reached Kuwait City, redirected to Saudi Arabia with a 5-personnel team with two vehicles to secure a retrograde billeting area for the 6th RLT by building over 300 billeting tents, obtained 600 embarkation boxes for the redeployment phase, and stayed as rear party to backload equipment on three commercial cargo ships to North Carolina.
