My passion lies in the collaboration of three sciences -- consumer behavior, sensory science and technology -- and how, in ever-evolving markets, the intersection of these three sciences can help us understand the relationship of consumer need fulfillment and product innovation in a more cost efficient and consumer driven way.I believe that through this cross-functional approach we can come to meet the needs not only of today’s consumer but innovate for a healthy future for all people.I have been a guest speaker at the 2019 Quirk's Event where I presented Target Research Group funded research - "Healthy Meal Kits " and in the 2018 Quirk's Event where I spoke on my revolutionary analysis approach to Social Media Research. I also made appearances at Bloomberg where I spoke on Intergenerational Transfer of Wealth.
