And when I do make these decisions, I always looks for “win-win” solutions rather than just trying to get a “good deal” to solve a quandary. My technical skill knowledge in the Accounting and finance and the use of company's, its resources, and data helps me create a plan that will ensure the company’s growth and success. This in short is called Problem solving abilities. This skills develops over time as we face challenges in the corporate world and create solutions for them. We are created to solve problems and find solutions for challenges at work place. And that differentiate us from the others. As good CFO, at one time I always look at a problem objectively so that he can formulate a strategic solution. I am proactive in creating and executing plans to demonstrate his leadership skills.
