I can describe myself as a detail-oriented person who is also capable of seeing the wholea team-oriented person who motivates colleagues to higher effectivenessa dependable person with creative, autonomous and confident approach to workan effective communicator with a high degree of diplomacy and positive attitude Since 2016 I have been working as a researcher in I.T.A.-Intertact, s.r.o. where I have been focusing on the development of fluorescent polymer-based probes. Such a type of products is enormously utilised in many scientific branches e.g. haematology, immunology and microbiology. Our team is developing faster and more efficient systems which can reduce the price of scientific and eventually also of clinical assays. I have extensive experimental and scientific experience of 8 years with the work in biochemical laboratories at Charles University and of 3 years in chemical laboratories at Czech Academy of Sciences.During my studies at Charles University in Prague (Faculty of Science, Department of Biochemistry), I focused on xenobiochemistry, chemical carcinogenesis and toxicology of natural products. I participated in the investigation of the enzymes involved in biotransformation of carcinogens. I am the author and co-author of 15 original papers published in scientific journals with an impact factor and I also participated in scientific congresses and symposia in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Listed skills include Xenobiochemistry, Chemical Carcinogenesis, Toxicology, Reverse Phase Hplc, and 6 others.
