System Integration Consultant
CurrentAs a Technical Integrations Consultant, I work fine-tuning Eightfold to match what clients need. My focus is on making different systems work together seamlessly using APIs and loading data via flat file loads, one time or recurring. Testing is a big part of my routine—I run tests every day to make sure our solutions are top-notch and reliable. I have direct conversations with clients and with my delivery team (Engagement Manager and functional consultants) to understand their wishes and find solutions that fit. When things get tough, I'm good at finding creative solutions and keeping everyone in the loop about progress. I work closely with different teams to ensure everything fits together smoothly. I guide clients on how to use what we create and support them whenever they have questions. I pay close attention to quality, checking things thoroughly to ensure they're just right. I manage my time and tasks well and stay updated on new methods in the field. My ultimate goal is to create solutions that not only meet but exceed client expectations, ensuring their satisfaction.
