Project Manager - Data&Analytics Manager
trnd enables and empowers the collaboration between brands and consumers, providing strategic, plannable and measurable solutions for the marketing mix. As Project Manager I took care of the comprehensive management of Word-of-Mouth Marketing campaigns (working with P&G and Unilever brands, Huawei, ASUS, Sony, Hill's, Pernigotti, Bofrost...). Being a PM means to have always under control all the aspects that lead to run a smooth and successful WOM activity, making sure that everyhing is going like a clockwork. Starting from the preparation of the activity to the final presentation of the results&key learnings to the brands, the daily tasks and responsibilities of a PM included a large scope of activities. Here the main ones: coordination with clients/internal departments/external parties (e.g. logistic providers, agencies, 3rd party measurements), creation of blogposts/surveys/newsletters and assistance to the trnd community via email and moderating comments on the blog, weekly reporting to the client about campaign highlights and performances. Moreover, as Data&Analytics Manager I took care of the calculation of campaigns KPIs, review of all campaigns questionnaires, creation of ad-hoc surveys for sales purposes and research, community analysis, benchmarks creation, web analytics (Google Analytics, Piwik), checks on campaign feasibility and coordination with the International Analytics Team.Lastly as part of the International Lead Users group, I was also responsible for updated knowledge and management of the trnd CMS system, delivery of local needs and improvement to the IT development team, sharing knowledge and best practices with other PMs.In numbers, in trnd I had...- created more than 40 surveys and presentations - replied to 2,900 community emails- moderated over 60,000 comments on the campaigns blogs- sent more than 200 newsletters to the community - managed activities with more than 50,000 ambassadors in total.
