As a Unit Head for Production Planning, the main responsibilities included Crude Oil, Intermediate and Finished Products inventory management as well as timely readiness and delivery of YASREF products to its Offtakers. Managed the planning and scheduling of YASREF Turnaround ensuring smooth shutdown and start-up. Optimized the utilization of the refinery inventory capacity by altering the service of tankage. Supervised the inventory forecasting for all of YASREF products minimizing potential demurrage on YASREF.

A Production analyst responsible for all refined production and quality for Diesel, Gasoline, LPG, Solid Sulfur, and Pet-Coke.- Establishing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plan.- Ensuring optimum plant operation in term of unit throughput and production in order to accomplish production plan. - Responsible for product preparation and readiness ensuring minimum quality giveaway.- Specialize in Gasoline blending - Focus on effective approaches for planning and scheduling planned and unplanned shutdown.- Develop a strategic tank inventory to facilitate refinery inventory management during planned or unplanned activity.

Started with Crude Distillation Unit, then Distillate Hydroteater Unit, and ended with Hydrocracker Unit.- Participated in performing material and heat balance of the assigned units to ensure optimum and sustainable operation. - Participated in preparing and supervising critical operational activities during refinery turnaround such as start-up,shutdown, and catalyst change, and provide technical support to the Shift Supervisors throughout these activities.
