As of January 2014 I was tasked with expanding our construction business on London. After a successful few years in Sussex we realised that, with our business heavily weighted toward the M&E sector(over 500 men working) we were missing out on too much. 6 months after The Directors of The Shore Group set the company up, they approached me to join them as their first full time consultant, heading up the trades & labour section in Sussex. From a standing start with a brand new company I billed £75k in my first 6 months to 2010. From then on I managed to get the section quickly up to the one of the most profitable in the new company billing between £200k-£250k year on year.
