Planning And Scheduling Engineer
Current• Plan and schedule all maintenance activities with regards to the departments Mechanical and Electrical technicians.• Prepare, deliver and recover all site shutdowns ensuring all planned maintenance across site are captured with regards to Statutory, Mandatory and Reliability maintenance.• Assisting with organising the maintenance budgets - organise and lead the site maintenance contractors. Ensuring contract quotes are reviewed, PO’s set up, work captured in the CMMS and delivered to the required standard.• Controlling the site’s CMMS with regards to planned maintenance, corrective repairs and when required covering in the maintenance leader’s absence to ensure all reactive/emergency maintenance is completed and concise information relayed to key stakeholders.• Leading DOR and TPS meetings with the team and ensuring all administrative responsibilities are completed.Utilities Process EngineerKey Responsibilities:• Deliver and maintain plant mechanical integrity within the area of responsibility – steam and electrical generation systems, cooling and refrigeration systems, process water, water treatment, RO and Demin systems and compressed air systems.• Statutory and mandatory maintenance – Pressure Systems Safety Regulations, site hose management and process safety. Site Development Team Leader Key Responsibilities:• Lead the team to ensure all non-plant maintenance across the site is captured and carried out at a high standard e.g. structural, land and buildings maintenance.• Liaise with all contractors to ensure they complete all work to a high standard and adhere to the site and legal H&S requirements and manage all budgets/costs.
