Processes include, injection moulded plastics, composites, soft goods and packaging.- Development and implementation of Quality Control procedures to ensure new products meet the high level of finish and performance expected by our customers.- Optimize the production process, ongoing work with the vendors to improve production efficiencies and problem solve and arising issues that may occur over a products production.- Stakeholder engagement, managing expectations of international vendors, international customers and POD Active executives to maintain positive and profitable relationships with all our business partners.
