In 2015 I joined the newly developed applications team within TC Group before we were acquired by MUSIC. We provide support to large scale installations such as transport hubs, stadia and house of worship. My main focus is on product training for customers, distributors and internal sales staff where I am responsible for interpreting learning aims and outcomes, developing and delivering training sessions on the full range of Tannoy, Lab.gruppen and Lake products via hands on demonstrations and product auditions.

Providing front line technical support to the sales team and end users, primarilywithin the Install and Tour market verticals for Tannoy, Lab.gruppen and Lake products, in addition to covering Residential audio support. Combining in depth knowledge of the product range with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I successfully resolve and troubleshoot a range of technical queries; as a result, I have significantly improved measured KPI’s including response times and positive feedback from customer surveys. In 2009 I expanded the role to include assisting with the company’s I.T. infrastructure and provide technical support to the production line, troubleshooting problems with acoustic test equipment.
