My responsibilities include but aren't limited to the following:-Develop and coordinate project designs within the controls engineering team, ensuring quality, safety and reliability standards are met.-Recognize problems, initiate action and assist in problem solving to ensure all designs and programs are correct in order to reduce error and provide a quality, safe and reliable system.-Work with department staff to ensure project deliverables are met on-time and under budget while promoting a positive relationship with customers, vendors and distributors.-Assist, teach, direct, advise and supervise department staff on design practices and standards, along with any day-to-day activities.-Act as the Point-Of-Contact for various projects ensuring to update the project completion with regards to schedule, budget, milestones, create and complete any open issues, while delegating project duties to project resources.-Ensure the project team, enters project tasks and manpower hours accurately and on-time.

My responsibilities include but aren't limited to the following:-Utilize AutoCAD Electrical to update drawing sets.-Develop PLC programs and provide commissioning and support wherever required.-Setup and configure various devices including Communications, I/O ...etc.-Work closely with Upper Management, Project Managers and Customers to ensure project milestones are being met while following project scope and schedule.-Developed individualized training plan to improve my skills and help meet corporate needs.-Mentor other employees, while sharing knowledge.

My responsibilities include but aren't limited to the follow:- Worked closely with the engineering department, collecting required data from various production lines and presenting the results during the weekly meeting.- Performed AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) validations. This verifies whether or not the cameras inspecting the parts on the production line are making correct decisions, based on the image captured by the AOI unit.- Used the TGA (Thermal Gravimetric Analysis) Analyser, testing plastic contents of finished products and raw plastic materials from other KSR plants to ensure the correct ash content. This analyser used a specific process to check the ash content as well as the moisture content. - Visual inspection of PWA's, to ensure compliance with IPC-610 standard. I received IPC-610 training through Dresden Industrial, a division of KSR International. - Trained line operators on the acceptable and unacceptable criteria of solder and heat stakes. This is critical for the line operators as they would visually inspect each part for solder and heat stakes.- Created gauge and process instructions using Microsoft applications, to ensure the line operators performed the work correctly. This includes step by step instructions on how to gauge a particular part using the corresponding gauge fixture.- Cross sectioned various parts from housings to PWA's. This process ensured that the barrel was filled with the correct amount of solder to meet IPC-610 standard.
