I lead the International Direct team; spearheading all International products and propositions for the Commercial Bank. Our purpose is, very simply, to help our customers grow internationally. Having served in a number of roles for Santander's clients since 2009, I have a wide perspective on how to help our customers grow. I do this by developing and leading strategic initiatives and putting the customer's needs at the centre of everything we are trying to achieve.
