Manage My Rental began five years ago when I had all my properties under professional property management. There were a number of areas that I wasn't impressed with from the property management companies so I decided to start my own rental company as I believed I could do it better. I started off as a property manager, letting agent, administrator, accounts person, sales man, business analyzer. Gradually over the five years I managed to grow the company so my role evolved. New Zealand Police Head Quarters

I worked at NZ Police Head Quarters in the Vetting and Validations department. This department was responsible for doing all the police clearance checks for people who were applying for jobs where they would be supervising and caring for children, for example a home caregiver for CYFS.The role involved shift work. After hours, Interpol would have all their phones diverted to the Vetting and Validations department.
