Duties Include but not limited to:* Leading, coordinating and maintaining efficiency throughout the warehouse* Executing efficiency throughout the warehouse using the following software: EoStar, Anaplan, and Roadnet* Planning, assigning, and directing work; conducting appraisal performances, rewarding and disciplining, addressing complaints and problem resolution* Responsible for movement of product into and out of the facility to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability* Analyzing financial records to improve efficiency* Setting productivity standards, goals and metrics* Developing plans for efficient use of materials, equipment, and employee resources* Maintaining, adjusting, and inspecting product for proper inventory levels in the warehouse * Tracking and monitoring of all inventory processes and procedures* Improving efficiency of dispatch and logistics as well as efficient loading of product on the vehicles* Assisting in monitoring and maintaining department budget* Meeting and maintaining all required OSHA and FSMA regulations* Collaboration with Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated and all suppliers* Maintaining a clean, organized and safe warehouse* Maintaining all building security processes and initiatives* Serving as the point of contact for all consumer complaints* Directly assisting Chief Operating Officer with business planning* Negotiating outside vendor contracts and service agreements* Controlling all waste management and recycling operations

Managing the overall daily operations of the largest adidas outlet location in the company including the offsite warehouse facility used for receiving in merchandise and processing shipments.As the operations manager for my adidas store I am responsible for overseeing the scheduling of over 150 employees, the completion of training of new associates, delivering top level Customer Service, holding regularly scheduled meetings to deliver company messages, and delivering timely reviews as to where each associate is and what they are fully capable of. As a leader of the store, the first and foremost duty I am tasked with is ensuring that the Sales Floor is properly stocked and merchandised each day for the large customer base we see daily and for providing the rest of the team with the best work environment possible. My duties also include running a clean and organized back room and off site facility. I am also responsible for analyzing KPI's, P&L’s and numerous other financial reports in order to leverage the overall profitablity of the store. I am also in charge of ordering inventory and supplies as well as overseeing the merchandising and overall Store Flow in order to deliver the maximum guest experience possible. I also assist in the recruiting, hiring and training of top sales talent including Full time, Part time, and Seasonal help.
