Motivating the change to bring together packaging, brewing and logistics to better influence the buy-in of the departmental long term vision. As an outcome the better communication between people and departments to allow empowerment of staff to "own" their areas of work (in conjunction with TPM methodologies) and ultimately a more efficient, cost effective business.Following on from leadership training in a U.K. Business school in 2016, I have recently(2017) been selected and involved in Heineken's LEAP leadership training course run through INSEAD and other business leaders. Fantastic training to further develop my own personal style which ultimately is about understanding people, motivating teams and individuals to further business success. Managing strategic bottle changeover project for all bottling lines in New Zealand, including brands; Heineken, Tui, DB, Monteiths. Heineken are establishing a new bottle launch worldwide with the first one being in NZ, with the Rugby World Cup partnership being an important flagship for the launch.

B&M is run by myself and German partner. Our individual experiences cover engineering and construction projects from pharma plants, food installations, CHP and cogen plant installations and design, bio fuels construction and commissioning. We have combined our knowledge and broad network across Europe and Asia to combine to target smaller engineering and construction projects. B&M have set up a facility in Thailand to train/test welders and fitters for use on any project works.

Managing 180Million AUD bio-diesel plant from green field through to commissioning and startup. At the peak construction period, more 1000 workers were present on site.

working for Tate and Lyle's construction team, managing and reporting on main contractors schedule, quality and budgets for 200M USD project for the installation of Sucralose plant in Singapore.

Starting in London with a starch and glucose refinery as a project engineer, and ending up managing projects across Europe (mainly Eastern) for food installations and cogeneration plants. In this period of 16 years, projects have always started with involvement with design, layout and process input which have then followed onto procurement, construction and commissioning. Countries executed projects in; Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Slovakia, Czech Republic.
