Fred C. is a Web and Social Media Manager at Voice of America. Colleagues describe him as "Mr Fredner Cayermitte is one of the good men who continue to inspire me to dare to dream big. I know Mr Cayemitte both on the professional, social, and religious (spiritual) level. We both attended Bloomfield College. I believe that I was a year or two ahead of him. He is one of the few foreign students and the only Haitian that I know who is good at programming. Although I was a year ahead of him, I looked up to him for advice and help when I was stuck with a programming project. Likewise, he would ask me for help with some IT/Network Engineering subject matter. We joked about how we were good at collaborating. We also took a few classes together as well. His work ethic is beyond exceptional and it earned him my position as the Computer Lab Supervisor after me, earned him his Bachelors of Science degree as well as his Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Mr Cayemitte worked under our advisor’s and Director of the Computer Science Department, Dr Stephen Kreutzer. Fred was also Dr Kreutzer's favourite student because of how dedicated he was towards his education and his hunger for success. As per the social aspects, Mr Caymitte and I are huge soccer fans. I believe that he is a die-hard Real Madrid fan and I am a Juventus fan. Despite our little rivalry in Europe, specifically in the Champions League, we have always been cordial towards each other whenever one of the teams loses to the other. In other words, Fred is extremely friendly with everyone and that makes him a wonderful fit for any environment. His social paradigm is another phenomenon of attributes that makes Fred a good fit in any environment. Fred’s faith in GOD is the core principles that mold his character, integrity, and dedication. Upon completing his undergraduate, Mr. Cayemitte is extremely determined for success—and anyone, i.e.; a student can be inspired by his work if they dare to dream BIG alike Fred." and "It's not everyday you get to know someone who is an expert in their respected field. I had the opportunity to work with Fredner on a web development project. Fred is dedicated, hard working and not only does he consistently deliver results, he is always willing to go the extra mile resulting in outstanding outcomes.
