1. Cover total 4 manufacturing sites (Changzhou, Baoying, Shanghai and Korea plant) with supplier base more than 400 all over the world.2. Lead Supplier Development Engineers team and Supplier Quality Engineer team, and coordinate “pre-PPAP” &”Post-PPAP” connection during “new product project launch” process (more than 50 projects every year)3. Implement supplier quality management activities to ensure materials meet company's quality requirements, including performance scorecard review, audit, supplier selection/development/escalation/ disengagement.4. Work with operation team for quickly react for raw material abnormal quality (containment, MRB material handling, supplier fast response, follow through 8D report etc)5.
