As the Senior Administrative Manager with The Fourth Judicial District, I strategize and prioritize initiatives for the criminal division team. I lead a team of 150 colleagues who support our mission and vision to provide justice through a system that assures equal access for the fair and timely resolution of cases and controversies. Passionate about building relationships, coaching, and mentoring teams, I have been managing and supervising people for over 30 years in different work environments including, retail, where I served as an Executive Team Lead at Target, and in leadership roles in community corrections and the judicial system. I have experience implementing new initiatives, strategies and technology within organizations as well as working collaboratively with business partners outside of our organization to accomplish the goals of a given strategy. I also have monitored annual budgets and payroll in excess of 8 million dollars.My leadership experience includes several years of leading teams in new directions, change management and providing big picture ideas and vision for employees. I am vested in continuous improvement, professionally and personally and have participated in numerous leadership programs.
