Managed housekeeping operations for our Torrey Pines, Sorrento valley, Rancho Bernardo and Poway facilities Floor care planning and event preparation. Responsible for the carpet care and hard surface floor care of the public areas to include the maintaining of equipment and adequate supplies. Included are scheduling, training, and monitoring. Other responsibilities include department safety officer in charge of safety training as well as tracing incidents, holding monthly safety meetings and safety inspections of the 452-bed facility. Bio-hazardous waste handling and removal stream. Worked with ISIS (Integrated service information system) pro and EPIC to ensure timely patient room turn over.
