Negotiated preferred pricing agreement which resulted in improved delivery times and annual savings of 10%.• Led initiative to upgrade performance and appearance of the audio and visual equipment located in the resident’s activity center. Researched various options and negotiated pricing. The visually appealing system provided residents with enhance visual and audio experience.
