During this time, I reported to the Engineering Manager and supported the company's Lean continuous improvement initiatives that included deploying Lean Manufacturing Processes and facilitating multiple Kaizen projects that enhanced efficiencies by developing cell layouts and standard work procedures.

I was hired into this Team Leader role and supervised 21+ team members to ensure attainment of goals in all key areas including production volume, cost reduction, production schedules, output efficiency, delivery dates, customer satisfaction, ISO 9002 compliance, inventory control and safety.
