Managed the day-to-day operations of a premier country club community in southwest Florida. Del Tura is a stunning community with 550 beautifully landscaped acres and 1,329 occupied homes. The endless amenities include a 27 hole golf course, pro shop, restaurant, pub, hair salon, 40,000 square foot clubhouse, fitness room, multiple ballrooms, 5 pools, 5 spas, 6 tennis courts and much more. I lead a professional staff of 30 employees.

Managed the day-to-day operations of a premier $55M active adult (55+) community. Oak Point is an intricate operation consisting of 1,000+ acres with 896 occupied homes and numerous amenities including a 35,000 square foot clubhouse, gymnasium, fitness center, 3 pools, 2 spas, tennis courts, etc. I lead a team of 13 professionals with direct reports including Community Manager, Sales Manager, Social Director and Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) operator.

While in this position, I was responsible for managing all aspects of Clover Leaf Farms, an active adult (55+) community with 780 homes and Clover Leaf Forest, an RV resort with 277 RV sites.

While in this position, I aggressively managed the day-to-day sales initiatives for a portfolio of 10 resort style, active adult (55+) communities that resulted in a significant increase in revenue occupancy for the company. I hired, coached, evaluated and disciplined all members of the Southeast Region1 (SE1) sales team. A key accomplishment was removing sales responsibility from community managers that had no desire to sell and hiring new dedicated sales professionals at two fill opportunity communities in order to jump start new home sales that had been non existent. Upon my transfer from the sales division to the operations division of our company, the SE1 region was 98% occupied.

Provided open communication with utmost honesty and assisted buyers and sellers in the Denver metro area with the comprehensive purchase and sale of their homes. Engaged in extensive networking to create self-generated leads as well as worked company provided leads via the internet. Negotiated best possible terms for clients while protecting their interest’s through closing. During the 12 month period I was with this employer, my 1099 earnings were 33% higher than my earnings the year prior.

Fast paced environment developed my multi-tasking skills by assisting 45 clients within 12 months with the home buying process from loan approval to closing as a buyer’s agent. Assisted buyers with the purchase of new-build, resale, and bank owned properties. Accurately qualified and converted new leads into buyers. Developed solid, long lasting client relationships which lead to referral business while working for my next employer.
