• Support Business Strategy and Startups in Qatar with intent of SAPMr. Miles has deep experience with business start ups and strategy. He has helped 3 international organizations go through the very difficult and complex process of becoming registered as a local entity in the state of QatarBig 4 consulting: Mr. Miles was contracted by Big 4 consulting firm thru their Russian business unit for work in Qatar. Fred led the firm thru the complex process of opening an international business in Qatar. The firm was coming into Qatar based on the hope of winning a huge SAP ($25 million) project in the National Oil Company. The team selling effort was over 9 months. The company was subsequently registered and is still operating. With the market development of the job, the core of the contract was to develop an implementation strategy and plan in alliance with SAP to implement their softwareBusiness startup and Management Director Mr. Miles was contracted by a German facility management company to register and manage the start up of their operations in Qatar. Subsequently a related Logistical management company was also brought into Qatar.RusMet: Metals and Data Intelligence Security Developed and implemented a strategy for a Russian consultancy to jointly sell and deliver board and C Level Strategic and IT consulting to Steel companies trying to adapt to a changing market and new competitors from China and India. RusMet is the largest Russian steel and metals Internet Portal.

Played a pivotal role on the development of the full service consulting practice (predominately SAP) for UCE, building a practice of over $4mm in less than three years in Qatar and West Region of United States. Prior to joining UCE, the company was simply staff augmentation. Mr. Miles developed the proprietary “Hurricane” methodology for implementing SAP in multiple releases of time and functionality that is repeatable, transparent brings immediate value to client

At PwC Russia Fred had profit and loss responsibility almost all sectors within the Russia and the former soviet union practice. This included IT, all industry and process. During his tenure in Russia the practice went from a loss of $16 million per year to a profit of $1.6 million and growing when he transferred back to the U.S. This was extraordinary due to the fact that most global firms were fighting to survive in Russia after the collapse of the currency and Putin took over the presidency. At the peak of operations Mr. Miles was responsible for over 200 consultants. Prior to transitioning back to the states he developed a local Russian leadership team that took over the practice. When Mr. Miles left there were no expatriates left in the local practice.Mr. Miles took over responsibility for the relationship in 2002 for the downstream side of Shell and ChevronTexaco, as well as perform as a global subject matter expert in both upstream and downstream operations. Interacted with “C” level executives, governmental ministers and Royal families while leading multidisciplinary teams of consultants on the preparation of proposals and all related sales activities. He seamlessly managed the development and execution of joint consultancy and software vender alliances. Key to this success was his ability to adapt to different cultural norms whether on an individual, corporate or country basis. Examples include: • Lead a proposal effort resulting on the sale of a project valued at more than $60 mm• Lead a proposal based on follow-on work identified that resulted in a sale of $20 mm• Co lead Multiple proposal efforts that resulted in sales of more than $ 7 mm each• Individually sold and executed a small contract that resulted in more than a $200 mm increase in revenue for the client

Besides delivering projects Fred developed and created the one of the first SAP “user groups” while at Price Waterhouse. This effort brought together clients and consultants together in the San Jose area that were implementing SAP. These MIGs “Module Information Groups” grew to become a national and global way for consultants to share information and clients to collaborate.

Managed the analysis, design, construction and implementation of SAP's R/2 software product for the general ledger and external management reporting processes of a North American implementation for an international Fortune 100 chemical company

As controller for a large petrochemical facility, Mr. Miles had responsibilities for all financial, distribution, procurement, finished product quality assurance, packaging, warehousing and public relations for the plant. In addition, had responsibility for west region distribution of polystyrene product from three rail sidings and a fleet of over 100 rail cars to customers on the west coast, Mexico and the Pacific Rim. In addition, he was responsible for the plant's manufacturing line scheduling and planning process based on current sales, national inventories and seasonal stocks. Finally, Fred was responsible for planning and implementing the distribution process of the chemical manufacturer’s responsible CAER program

Successfully planned and directed parallel large teams as part of a North American audit of all oil and gas measurement points from the wellhead to the plant entrance over 2 years. Particular focus was given to water content of crude oil, condensate accumulation, measurement of light and heavy gas liquids, and chart-based gas flow meters
