Implement, training and support Dynamics NAV version 2009 through 2018 as well as Dynamics 365 Business Central on premises and cloud version. Conducting setup, mapping and testing for over 40 channels including Amazon, Macy’s, Costco, Target, JC Penny, and Kohl's…..etc. * Implement, setup and training for GUI (Government Uniform Invoice) module in Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central.* Assist design and testing for E-commerce integration with Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central.* Assist internal APP development project with functional design and testing. * Support pre-sales, demo and implement assessment for new leads. * Support marketing events and maintain company website.* Build and record online training material for Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central as well as maintain online learning portal.
