- Assisting in-house Advisers, Managers on documentation, filing, internal record, license application; - Coordinate office daily operation, working closely with internal teams- Act as the primary point of contact for partner, internal and external parties; - Develop and maintain a strong relationships with Product Providers (Investment and Insurance firms);

- Assisting client inquiries and drafting a fact-find, scheduling appointments and follow-ups between potential client and team managers;- Provide insights, prepare mortgage rates for the team;- Collect, verify and organise documentations for clients applications and process; - Monitoring and building good relationship with different parties (i.e Clients, Lenders, Banks, Mortgages providers, financial institutions and related teams in UK)

Experienced in client servicing and administration, Freda previously worked in the diamond industry in retail and wholesale which enabled her to develop her client servicing skills.Before joining CF Wealth, Freda was part of another St James’s Place Wealth Management pror actice for over two years and her excellent client relationship knowledge is her key strength.
