Office Manager & Advice Support
CurrentDuring this time I have been employed full time in my son’s financial planning business assisting in an 18 month maternity leave position. I have also been studying to complete my Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and Self-Managed Super Fund Specialist course.In this dynamic role I have been able to bring my wide experience and extensive knowledge of financial planning and have been known as the ‘go to’ person. As you can see, this is not your standard financial planning job as I have worm many hats as senior advice support and office manager and the statement ‘it's not my job’ doesn't really exist in this firm. Key Accountabilities of this role:Deliver personalised financial solutions to clients and organise and coordinate office operations and procedures.Major Achievements:• Preparing and implementing financial plans.• Providing periodic updates on portfolio performance and conducting review meetings.• Educate clients and answer any questions in relation to their portfolios.• Meeting with and managing relationships with clients, staff, vendors and service providers.• Wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks.• Organise office operations and procedures.• First point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills & errands.
