The training facilities were state of the art, the lodge and suites were inviting, comfortable, and conducive to accommodating large and small groups, creating an intimate nature and learning experience. The grounds and golf course were beautiful – gorgeous flowers and landscaping, and the pull of the cleanest and clearest lake imaginable. I loved Nordic walking at sunrise and watching the shooting stars at night. I know that you'll feel as rejuvenated at I did. Thanks, Fred."

In the early 1990's, I purchased and redeveloped a former resort property into a premier resort with a new 20,000 square foot lodge and conference center, 106 rooms and an 18 hole championship golf course. Our specialty is custom-curated Leadership Retreats; Sugar Lake Lodge serves as the ideal environment to get groups outside of the office and into a creative mindset. We're more than a destination retreat space - we offer leadership development cohort events, team building programs, and exclusively-yours spaces for organizations of all sizes looking to develop and enhance team development. I am excited to welcome my daughter, Abby (Bobich) Oxborough, to the leadership team as our Director of Leadership Programming. We partner with incredible facilitators like Activ8, The Prouty Project, Chef Marshall O'Brien, Chris Nielson, and many more. We welcome all development trainers to bring their expertise to our space, where we cultivate creativity through Experiential Learning.
