I have trained and educated most of my life, I was guided or assigned that role since my first career. I find training and teaching rewarding and interesting. The difference in the way students approach learning and problem solving is never the same as any other student. I meet people from different backgrounds and cultures and enjoy between sessions learning about the places they come from. Training allows me to share my skill and my time helping people grow, learn and advance through their lives. I have improved many lives and provided skills to students that had never succeeded before. I sometimes hear from them and it makes every difficult day in training worth while.
