Managed day-to-day operations of an in-house developed Enterprise Leasing system named FastFinance. This system was a web-based "end-to-end" lease administration package built on an Oracle Platform and was integrated with several Oracle Packages such as: Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger. The system had been in production since 2000 and supported multiple large and small ticket leasing divisions.* Oversaw all enhancements and managed production support and month-end processing issues. * Interfaced with the business to accommodate their immediate and short term needs.* Aided in the conversion of the entire FastFinance database to GE's Lease Administration Package (aka PMS)* Provided post-conversion support when needed* Aided in post conversion data queries using Business Objects - Including training users in Business Objects

Enhanced, modified, debugged their home grown Lease Administration software using Business BASIC.* Provided help desk support for their Lease Administration software which included online support with resolutions (program fixes) made on-the-fly.

Member of design and build team responsible for enhancement and support of FastFinance using Oracle PL/SQL. Using SQL Navigator as a tool for working with code changes, I made many changes to the system both on a large and small scale from both a maintenance and enhancement standpoint. Changes/enhancements included (but not limited to) tuning of various modules, screen changes and/or validations, creating backend downloads, frontend/booking module enhancements.* Subject Matter Expert in business and financial functions including: sub ledger activity and daily reconcilement with General Ledger (correcting proof breaks), cash management, delinquency management, insurance processing, backend processing, and downloading of data for later importation into other software packages such as MS Excel or MS Access. Expertise was with the insurance processing and download/conversion of data.* Helped management of several data conversion projects (legacy system as well as portfolio acquisitions.) As parts of the business were sold off, I was part of a team to help convert relevant data within FastFinance to the application that the purchasing company used. * Responsible for most aspects of Software Development Lifecycle including technical design, management of programming, testing, project planning, resource allocation, overall project quality and budget.

Interviewed, hired, and trained junior programmers and consultants for using and developing in FastFinance using PL/SQL.* Acted as project leader for various enhancements to FastFinance including designing, programming, and both overseeing and created extensive documentation.* Handled various projects using full Software Development Life Cycle.* Communication with the business to help facilitate their needs.* Maintained, enhanced, and provided subject matter expertise involving insurance, backend processing, and data downloads/conversions.

Wrote functional specifications for business requirements for upgrading Siebel 7.0 to Siebel 8.0* Aided in the writing and approval of test scripts prior to launching and UAT

Designed, enhanced, and maintained "home grown" software package for a large manufacturing company using Thoroughbred BASIC.
