As an IT Support Analyst, my role involves collaborating with the team to troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring seamless IT operations, and providing robust support to keep our systems running smoothly. Whether it’s a hardware glitch or software problem, I work closely with colleagues to ensure swift resolutions, minimising downtime and maintaining optimal productivity. Our proactive approach to monitoring and maintaining our IT infrastructure ensures that potential issues are addressed before they escalate, keeping the workflow uninterrupted.As a Power Apps Developer, I collaborate with different departments to create custom applications that streamline our processes and boost productivity. By leveraging Microsoft’s Power Platform, we design and deploy innovative solutions tailored to our specific business needs, making complex tasks more manageable and automated. This teamwork allows us to directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, driving improvements and innovation throughout the company.Additionally, as a Microsoft Office 365 Administrator, I work with the team to manage and optimise our Office 365 environment, ensuring that everyone has access to the latest tools and features to enhance collaboration and efficiency. This includes configuring settings, managing licences, and providing training and support to maximise our utilisation of Office 365’s capabilities. Balancing these responsibilities in collaboration with my colleagues allows us to contribute significantly to the success and innovation at Map Room, driving both operational efficiency and technological advancement.
