Assist in managing projects and developing sustainment strategies. Conduct data collection and analysis. Conduct project planning and tracking. Prepare technical briefing materials in both hard copy and soft copy format. Evaluate program schedules, and deliverable tracking to include the planning, and/or reviewing of program data deliverables. Organize, attend or host, and facilitate program support team meetings/IPT discussions as directed by the Government. Assist in preparing and coordinating the agenda to key meetings; prepare presentation materials; host and/or participate in the actual meeting; document, develop and provide meeting minutes (in accordance with government-provided formats), memorandums for record, trip reports and action items for appropriate action. Participate in and/or assist in preparing for key USMC meetings and events. Provide support and guidance as it relates to logistics operations. Document business processes related to logistics operations. Participate on various integrated process team working groups. Utilize email and SharePoint to post and provide weekly and monthly workload status reports.
